Monica (Smith) Bucher is local to Madison County. She grew up in Berea Kentucky, graduated from Berea Community School in 1989 and then moved to Richmond in 1999. She currently resides in Richmond Kentucky.
Monica joined Reynolds Insurance Agency, Inc. in May of 2019. She is a Commercial Producer and also Office Manager for the agency.
She has 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources arena, enabling her to be a strategic professional with excellent customer relations, management performance and safety administration. She received her Human Resources Certification from Eastern Kentucky University in 1997.
Monica enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, daughters Darica (Ryan), Danielle (Matt) and grandsons, Easton, Eli, Jack and Walker who are the biggest joys of her life.
