Monica (Smith) Bucher is a lifelong Madison County resident. Born and raised in Berea, Kentucky, she graduated from Berea Community School in 1989 before relocating to Richmond in 1999, where she continues to reside today.
Monica joined Reynolds Insurance Agency, Inc. in May 2019. She serves as both a Commercial Producer and the Office Manager, bringing a strong combination of experience, leadership, and client-focused service to the agency.
With 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Monica is a strategic and trusted professional known for her strengths in customer relations, management performance, and safety administration. She earned her Human Resources Certification from Eastern Kentucky University in 1997.
Monica is also proud to serve her community as a Board Member of the Berea Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, her daughters Darica (Ryan) and Danielle (Matt), and her beloved grandsons—Easton, Eli, Jack, Walker, and Lane—who are the greatest joys of her life.
